We hope you love your purchase as much as we do. Each piece is unique. Variations in colour are a result of the unique hand dying process of each garment. In case you are unhappy and want to return an item, we will gladly exchange unworn and unused merchandise. However, all goods on the "SALE" section cannot be returned. Please email us at info@feinecashmere.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without authorization/approval. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. You are responsible for any return shipping cost and duty. Returns must be shipped back to the indicated address on your authorization within 14 days.
